I was trying to meditate but my computer thought it was a good idea to queue 100 Monkeys- Keep Awake, just after Bon Iver’s Halocene
I have been feeling a lot of anger recently.
Some of it is directed towards myself, but for the most part it is a burning violent rage aimed outwards.
And here I am trying very hard to cut back on violent thoughts.
I need to do a lot more meditating, but I fear that I might just dwell on the problems further in that quiet time.
